Uganda requires a yellow fever certificate for all travellers. Kenya requires it if you're arriving from a yellow fever endemic country (most of West and Central Africa). Tanzania recommends it. Get vaccinated at least 10 days before travel. Carry your yellow card — it will be checked at borders.

Also get hepatitis A and typhoid if you haven't. Malaria prophylaxis is worth considering for Uganda especially.
